Holly Vocal is a Managing Director at BofA Securities and specializes in public finance investment banking services for state, local government, and not-for-profit clients. Ms. Vocal works on all aspects of project generation and public finance including capital planning, bond structuring and credit analysis. Ms. Vocal has specialized knowledge in developing comprehensive financing plans to address the needs of municipal issuers, culminating with the structuring and issuance of bonds. Ms. Vocal has nearly 20 years of experience in municipal bonds and has been the principal banker over 150 financings totaling over $15 billion in par for states, cities, counties, utilities, transportation agencies, redevelopment agencies and not-for-profits. Ms. Vocal has spent her entire career in public finance investment banking. Ms. Vocal joined BofA Securities in 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Vocal was a Managing Director at Stifel Nicolaus providing investment banking coverage of municipal and not-for-profit clients. Prior to 2014, Ms. Vocal worked at De La Rosa & Co., a public finance investment bank focused on California public agencies, for more than 10 years. Ms. Vocal has a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds the Series 7, 50, 53 and 63 licenses.
