Pascual is an Audit Principal with Vasquez & Company, LLP. He has over ten years of accounting and auditing experience. His areas of expertise are in managing engagements of incurred cost audits, close-out audits and pre-award audits of contracts with government agencies. He has also led financial and investigative audits involving waste and abuse of government funds. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and in the Philippines. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
