Partner, Price Waterhouse Coopers Rowena Cipriano-Reyes is an Audit Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Cipriano-Reyes has over 14 years of experience in public accounting focusing with the firm’s Energy Industry Practice. Ms. Cipriano-Reyes has extensive experience in SEC reporting and has gained exposure in the multinational arena. She also has extensive experience in providing consultations on matters of complex accounting, auditing and reporting, including mergers and acquisitions and master limited partnerships. Her current and past clients include integrated oil and gas companies, master limited partnerships, independent oil and gas companies, oil and gas pipelines and chemical companies. Ms. Cipriano-Reyes started her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manila and she transferred to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Houston, Texas in 1997. Ms. Cipriano-Reyes graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University. She holds a CPA license in the State of Texas and in the Philippines. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA), American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA), and board member of National Asian American Society of Accountants (NAASA) – Houston Chapter and National.
