Mentorship Program
ISFFA Mentor is a mentoring program sponsored by ISFFA that connects emerging Filipino professionals
with accomplished volunteer professionals in mentoring relationships. The program is open to all ISFFA
members who wish to develop professional and networking skills to become successful. Our program is
dedicated to helping emerging professionals in the fields of finance and accounting connect with ISFFA
mentor-members willing to share their professional, business, and leadership expertise.
Qualifications:

Significant business experience and expertise

Minimum 5 years working in the U.S.

Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in the U.S.

Have the desire and commitment to help and develop emerging finance and accounting professionals in the U.S.

Engaged in continuous learning and development

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Prepared to engage with mentee via face-to- face meeting, by phone, emails, or video conference
